Episode 1: “A Strong Brown God”
Join us as we begin our journey along America’s original super highway, the Mississippi River, in search of honest and authentic road food. The crew and I mount our steely steeds at the Gulf of Mexico and start this adventure feasting our way north. Crawfish, alligators, andouille and the home of my favorite tea.
BTW: The name of this episode is NOT a tribute to myself; check it out.
